Scribbles Designs Challenge #87 - In Bloom

It is time for a new challenge at Scribbles Designs Challenge Blog.This month the challenge is In Bloom. I think this is very appropriate since gardens are preparing for spring with flowers popping out of the ground already.


For this card I used Scribbles Designs images: #0154 CP Celebrate and #F 22 Rose.
