DD April

Today I needed a distraction, so I decided to look for a real challenge. The April challenge of Delicious Doodles is what I took on. Since I do not use a lot of design papers it was difficult to use 3 different ones and then next to that also use 2 images...Well here is the result.

I decided to stick to the brown tones and keep it natural. The 2 images are both from Delicious Doodles.

April patterns

The last couple of weeks have been very challenging and there was hardly any time to craft. But since I had some obligations it was a good push to make time.

The first card was made with a pattern from Chrissie, the month pattern of "De gouden naald". The image is from Bugaboo stamps and the corners are done with an EK success cornerpunch

Crafty Friends Challenge 30

This fortnight challenge is Cute.

For this challenge I got the chance to work with what I have at home as there was no digi from a sponsor this time. With this theme that is absolutely not difficult, the most difficult choice was what to use. Should I use a dig, a real stamp, a stitching pattern or just dies. I chose the last option, only dies on the card and this is the result:

FTHS April

It was time in the month again to create a card with the beautiful new digi that I received for the stamp of the month challenge at from the heart blog.
 

With the great sentiments in the set I decided to keep it very simple, one of the sentiments and the image.

Weight

A friend of mine is on a diet so I thought I would make a card to make her feel better if the diet is not working the way she would like.

The cute digi and sentiment are a set from Beccy's Place, the stitching pattern is from Ann's Paper Art.

Moving

For a friend who is moving house I made the following creation.

This digi from Bugaboo stamps raised the question is it Easter or just perfect for Spring. I decided for Spring, that way I can use it more often. The stitching pattern is from Ann's Paper Art.
