Vellum overlay

Today I wanted to work with vellum as that was a long time ago. With the gorgeous memory die I made an overlay over a metallic background. Behind the overlay I hid a cute bear on skates from Bugaboo stamps.

Photo inspiration July

A gorgeous photo of the beach was this weeks inspiration at Catch the bug. So I took out my scrap papers knowing that I had to have a beach in there...

This together with three lovely digis from Bugaboo stamps resulted in the card for this weeks challenge. A real summer card this time.

July Bingo

This weeks challenge at Catch the bug is the bingo challenge. I decided to make an additional Christmas card before I get withdrawal signs from the Christmas in July challenge.

From the bingo board I chose pearl - star - glitter. With the scrap paper having glitter filled stars I just needed to add some pearls and of course a nice focal point with cute digi from Bugaboo stamps.

The photo was a challenge as I do not have an image of Santa on the beach, so I decided to use the colors as inspiration.

The third day, an easy one as I just got a great die from Joy!Crafts to make the tags.

One is a plain background for the second one I made a background with encaustic art. Both images are from Bugaboo stamps

Christmas in July day 1

Another challenge from Catch the bug, seven days long one card. I did not have a good start of the week as work took up way too much time. So I will do the week in 2 days. I managed to combine the card for the first day with the Stella sketch layout.

AG July

This weeks challenge at Catch the bug is anything goes, so I could have a look at my craft desk and see what I still had lying around and needed finishing. I found a background that I made with encaustic art and some doilies I received as a gift with an old order.
