The cute image is Sprucie and Lil Pine Under the Mistletoe from Lacy Sunshine. I used snowflake eyelets to brighten the sides.

    I love the card base Petra, that's a great fold idea, and I also like the cute little digi of the two Christmas trees under the mistletoe, it's very sweet.
