Since we live in the Northern half of the world we are going into Winter now, so what else for the W.  Yes it could also be white, but we hardly ever have a white Christmas here.

Pfffew what can I go for with the U....unique, uniform, united, unwrap, under. Yes that's it under, not the tree but the mistletoe. The digi is from Inky Impressions and the stitching pattern is from Ann's PaperArt.

Another stitched card with a pattern from Ann's PaperArt, but this time finished with  a cute polar bear made with a die from Marianne Design.

For some reason the cottage cutz die festive owls landed on my desk and this made it very clear that I had to use one of these cute owls for this card. The stitching pattern is from Ann's PaperArt

M for monochromatic

Monochromatic cards are great but most of the time very difficult as you need the right image to pull it of. Well I had that image with the adorable Milton from Beccy's Place and decided to go for all sorts of browns.

A light in these dark days as I hate it that you are returning from work when it's already dark.

A time to get jolly, if that does not mark the holidays I do not know what does.

I for Ice skating

It should be so easy the I for ice but it took me a while to think of it. Luckily we get ideas and inspiration each day for the letters so that is a big help.

Little Miss Muffet Appreciation day

After I won a place in the spotlight on the Little Miss Muffet challenge blog I was asked to take part in the Appreciation day. This is an honor I could not pass by. My choice fell on the gorgeous Bazabit image from Little Miss Muffet and I started to make a stitched card with it.

The stitching pattern is from Ann's PaperArt and the die I used is from Marianne Design.
After I finished my first card I also wanted to try something different, without stitching, and the next card came out of that.

This time I used the die pressabilities circles.

This fortnight challenge is B is for ...

For this challenge I made a magical card. The idea I got from the Stempeleinmaleins blog.

On the left you see the card as it comes out of the envelope, then when you pull on the tag a colored image will appear and when it is opened completely you will end up with the card bottom right.

The image is from Sami Stamps, the sentiment I made myself and the stitching pattern is from Ann's PaperArt. The rectangular die is from Nellie Snellen, the punch I used for the label is a tag punch from EK Success.

A color challenge this time, but unfortunately the colors are not very well visible on the photo. I used green threads but it looks more like blue...

Holiday Chaos - Day 7

Yikes I really have to finish decorating my Christmas tree... it's only 2 more weeks till Christmas. Luckily it's the last day of the holiday chaos. For the bingo today I used some bright colors, not really screaming Christmas, a bow for the ornament and 3 layers of card stock. The image is from Bugaboo stamps. The pine border is a Marta Stewart punch.
