What can you make as a gift for someone who made so many lovely little gifts herself. Wel I made this desk calendar. The instruction for this cube calendar is from Stempelmaleins.

Luckily I did have dome stamps with the numbers and a branche stamp that I could use to decorate the paper. The bird and the leaves are framelits from sizzix.

During a crafting afternoon I made this card with the help of masks, 2 colours blue distress ink, 4 stamps and a very nice template for the cuttlebug. The card is made for the second birthday celebration challenge of paper sundaes. The old challenge I picked is #90 my favorite colour combo or #25 White plus one.

Stampinback day

Last week was the stampinback day where I attended 4 stamping workshops. Here are the four cards made during these workshops. All stamps are of course from Stampinback

The first card was coloured with distress ink

In the second workshop we learned how to make a reflection in the water by just using a mica sheet

The third workshop we made a sliding-card

And in the last one we used snow to brighten up the sheep. A fantastic day that resulted in 4 nice cards and some techniques I will certainly try again at home.

For a wedding I made a packing for a wine bottle. The instruction came from the scorpal site, I just adjusted the measurements a bit. The stamp is from Stampinback.

The pearls where just to make it more special and suitable for a wedding.

A fun detail is that this part comes from the candle that where the present for all people that joined us at our wedding.

Two of my colleagues are celebrating their birthday next week. So high time to make a small gift for both of them. The card is made for 2 challenges, the layout is from sketch saturday 147 and the stamp is a Henry stamp from Whiff of Joy.

To give with the card I made a mug using the scor-pal. It's filled with chocalates which I know my colleague likes.

For my other colleague, who is a tea drinker, I made a small envelop for two tea bags.

Our monthly crafting afternoons this year are about techniques for card making. Last time we got out an old technique, Sandy Art. These 10x10 cards are the result.
